Turbulance Real Name Sheldon Campbell is one of Jamaica’s leading Dance Hall Deejays. He Was Born in the Poverty Stricken area of St Andrews Jamaica in 1980 and as a child was prone to mischief. Despite the set backs he may of faced his love and passion for music kept him grounded.
He developed a love for Bob Marley, Jah Cure and Sizzla and made these his influences. In fact Turbulance became an opening act for Sizzla in 1999. He more than impressed thousands who attended to see Lauryn Hill Headline.
He then went on to tour With Sizzla around Europe the Us and The Caribbean.
The Jamaican Dance hall Star has released Masses of Singles for his Fans well over 3000, but, it was his album Notorious which brought him a new level of acknowledgement with the single of the same name becoming an underground Anthem.
I watched a BBC Four documentary Called Rise up Reggae Star, This feautred 3 artist from Jamaica trying to make Musical Moves. Its was inspiring to say the least with Turbulance being the Main attraction to the show.

When I just started doing music, it was very hard for me to even hold a mic in my hand because of the competition. Just try and try. If you don’t succeed the first time, just try again, you’ll make it.
