Here at Channel Us, we’re looking to find as many dancers as possible to come and be part of a dance extravaganza in central London. There’ll be professional choreographers involved and the chance to dance in an amazing iconic location. It’s going to be epic!
Channel Us is a brand new channel, sponsored by McDonalds, hosted by some of the biggest talent on YouTube. Each episode follows a 16-24 year old with a big dream, which we help make a reality. In this instance we have a young dancer who dreams of being a professional choreographer. She’s going to be working with industry professionals to put together a fantastic large scale performance, which will then be filmed and broadcast on Channel Us and we’d love you to be part of it!
We need people who are over 16yrs, London based and up for learning a fantastic
new dance routine. We’ll be sending out the main dance in the next few weeks, with soloist and group parts being devised the week before the event.
The challenge will be a race against time so rehearsals won’t happen until the evening of Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th Nov with the event itself taking place on the evening of Wednesday 18th Nov. (Dancers may not be needed for both rehearsals, that will be decided nearer the time.)
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer dancers a fee but it will be an amazing once in a lifetime experience and a lot of fun!
It would be great to chat with you about this if you have a few spare minutes. Do you have a number I can reach you on?
Feel free to spread the word to any friends / family you think might be interested in the project – the more the merrier! Dancers don’t need to be professional or fully trained, as long as people have rhythm and are up for some fun! 😉
