Am I the only person on this forum who watched Sherlock by messrs Moffat and Gatiss?

I’m not sure whether the members are US or UK in the main. Maybe the US people havent noticed this new 3 parter?

Stephen Moffat, showrunner for Doctor Who, and Mark Gattis , star of League of Gentleman, writer of several Dr Who episodes and a BBC serial called Crooked House, pool together to create a Sherlock Holmes set in the 21st century.

As you might expect from the source, Sherlock looks and feels like Doctor WHo without the TARDIS.

A fast paced and funny script, Benedict Cumberbatch makes a great Sherlock assisted by Martin Freeman (The Office, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy)

The first episode, a Study in Pink, pits SH against a serial murderer who manages to make his victims look like suicides, whilst introducing Watson and other SH characters.

It was brilliant, and has a few easter eggs left in to reward a second viewing, which will lead you to some specially created supporting web sites.

Catch it on iPlayer or miss something special!
