Spoilers: Chuck, Season 4, Episode 5 – Chuck Versus The Aisle of Terror

Just in time for Halloween, [[Chuck (TV Series)|Chuck]] is drafting in Nightmare On Elm Street actor Robert Englund for a special guest appearance in an episode titled Chuck Versus The Aisle Of Terror.

Englund will of course be making plenty of references to his iconic horror role as Freddy Kreuger. His character, Dr. Stanley Wheelright is a scientist who has invented a toxin that induces nightmares. We note that Stanley is also the name of a popular blade…coincidence?

What would clearly be awesome is if Chuck managed to stop the villain with some kind of gadget glove. Our minds are racing with Nightmare On Elm Street tie-in possibilities – stripy jumpers, chases to the incinerator in a building basement, a shadowy figure wearing a creepy hat. A child singing that “one, two…” song.

Official episode synopsis: Chuck’s dreams of finding his mother may be his worst nightmare. When Chuck, Sarah, Casey, and Morgan are tasked to stop Dr. Stanley Wheelright (guest star Robert Englund) from releasing a nightmare-inducing toxin, they’re also lead to question the allegiances of Chuck’s mom. Meanwhile, Jeff and Lester use their unique sensibilities to celebrate Halloween at the Buy More, and Ellie and Awesome get a visit from Dr. Honey Woodcomb (guest star Morgan Fairchild).

The cast of Chuck are: Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi), Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski), John Casey (Adam Baldwin), Morgan Grimes (Joshua Gomez), Jeff (Scott Krinsky), Lester (Vik Sahay), Ellie Bartowski (Sarah Lancaster) and Awesome (Ryan McPartlin)
