Big Brother 2009 (Series 10)
Big Brother 2009 is the tenth series of the popular UK reality TV show. The show will be hosted by Davina McCall and narrated as always by Marcus Bentley. The series begins on 4 June 2009 and runs for thirteen weeks with a potential prize of £100,000 for the winner.

There will be 16 housemates living in the house, although more may be added throughout the series.
Notable Events
On the launch night (4 June 2009), Big Brother called a housemate to come to the Diary Room. Rodrigo volunteered and was told that none of the contestants were housemates. He was told that his place and that of a volunteer would be guaranteed if the volunteer agreed to have his/her eyebrows shaved off and glasses and moustach drawn on with a permanent marker. Noirin volunteered and the two were confirmed as housemates. The remaining non-housemates were given special costumes to distinguish their undetermined role.
