Lily Allen

Lily Allen first came to prominence as a singer in 2006, releasing her debut album Alright, Still in December of that year. She's the daughter of the British actor Keith Allen and movie producer Alison Owen, although the couple split up when Allen was 4 years old. Her full name is Lily Rose Beatrice Allen.

She gained notoriety for her debut album and the singles, Smile, LDN, Littlest Things and Alfie.

On the back of her success, and her massive MySpace following, Lily was offered a BBC Three chat show called "Lily Allen and Friends". The show began airing on 12 February 2008,with an audience that consisted exclusively of Allen's online friends.
